Information For Members

Club Sessions

Club sessions are Tuesday evenings from 5:00pm and Sunday mornings from 10:30am. All members are welcome.

Club Tournament

The club tournament takes place from May with finals day in July. All members are welcome to participate.

A court booking sheet will be posted on the hut notice board during the club tournament season. Please avoid playing tournament matches during club sessions unless a court is available.

League Matches

League matches have priority over use of the courts. Match dates are available in the various Team sections of the Website (see links on the left) and also posted on the Tennis hut notice board at the Myton road Ground.

Visitors

Members should always sign-in any one-off visitors. A visitor’s book is available in the hut. Visitors who wish to play on a regular basis should join the club. Membership forms can be downloaded here.

Club Etiquette

Members are welcome to use the tennis balls provided in the hut. Please put any soft balls in the bucket provided.

Please limit your game to one set during busy periods if there are other members waiting to play.

The tennis nets should be slackened after use.

Please keep the hut tidy and empty the bin if it becomes full. General waste and recycling bins are available near the pavilion.

Please ensure the hut and tennis courts are locked up after use.

Black soled running shoes should not be worn on court as they mark the surface.

The tennis courts should not be used for any other ball game.
