How To Join

Tennis for a Twenty!

New members are always welcome! You can even try out the facilities before you commit. Please contact us if you wish to do so.

As a Special Offer, new members will only pay a £20 membership fee for their first year. 

An additional £25.00 is required for outside members to join the WCC Staff Sports Club. However partners/spouses of current/retired WCC and other Authority’s members of staff are exempt from the extra £25 charge where the member of staff has joined the tennis club. Please include this payment with your tennis club fees and the £25 will be paid to the WCC Staff Club during the season

Used to be a member? You can re-join for £20 providing you weren't a member in the previous year.

Children aged 16 and under of members are eligible to play for free as long as supervised at all times.

To join, please download the membership form below by clicking on the arrow to the far right and send completed form to Janice Smith at janice@7sycamore.co.uk. 

Pay via the internet directly into the CBS account quoting your name as the reference:  Sort code 40-63-01, Account Number 21903351.  You must still complete and send in an application form as we need the forms for the annual audit of the accounts.

Existing Members

Membership fees for 2026/27 are £45 (£40 if paid before end of May).

Again, non-WCC employees are required to pay an additional £25 annual fee for membership of the WCC Staff Sports Club (If you are an outside member and pay the £25 fee for the Staff Club please include it in with your payment for your membership fees for the tennis club, we no longer need separate cheques).

The form also includes a section about our intra-club tournament.  I hope many of you will be taking part this year, final matches will be played on Sunday 2nd August.
